The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to move earth and materials at construction sites in Ufa. The ideal candidate should have experience operating excavators and be able to read blueprints and plans. They must also have a thorough understanding of safety regulations and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to move earth, materials, and other objects as directed by the construction team
- Follow blueprints and plans to determine the location of structures, utilities, and other underground objects
- Ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of daily operations, including materials used, work performed, hours worked, etc.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an excavator operator
- Ability to read blueprints and plans accurately
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to operating heavy machinery
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as needed
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
