Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Eldoret, Kenya

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and records, coordinating office activities and operations, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports. Additionally, you may be required to assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and reconciling accounts.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience working in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. The ideal candidate will also have excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
