Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Braga. This individual will troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner. They will also install and configure new computer systems, perform routine maintenance, and provide training to end users as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure new computer systems
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and other equipment
- Train end users on how to use computer systems effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend updates or upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a technical support role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn new technologies as they arise
