Restaurant Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in the restaurant industry and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff members to ensure quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Oversee all financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and controlling costs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
