We are hiring an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Akron. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces for industrial facilities. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design proposals
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for construction projects
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Communicate with construction teams to provide support during the building process
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. We are open to candidates from all nationalities who have a valid work visa. Accommodation will not be provided, but we do offer a free visa and ticket for our employees.
