Carpenter for Building and Construction Projects



Our construction company in Multan is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in building and renovating residential and commercial properties, and we are seeking a talented individual who can contribute to the success of our projects.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, steel, concrete, and other materials. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to bring designs to life.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, or other specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, doors, framing, flooring, roofing or siding
- Inspect structures to ensure they meet building codes and safety standards
- Repair or replace damaged or rotting structures
- Work with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the building and construction industry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, chisels etc.
- Knowledgeable about different types of wood and their uses in construction projects
- Familiar with building codes and safety regulations
- Physically fit with good manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
