Computer Systems Analyst



We are seeking an experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Karachi. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Your main duties will include developing and implementing new systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new systems or modifications to existing ones
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, or network systems
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve any issues that arise
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems
- Train staff on how to use new systems or software
- Document system specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.
