As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panels and systems on both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of solar technology, electrical systems, and building codes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and mount solar panels on various types of roofs
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems and ensure proper grounding
- Test and troubleshoot system components to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes while working on job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of solar technology, electrical systems, and building codes
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of mathematics for measurements and calculations
- Good physical stamina

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with both residential and commercial solar installations
- Electrical license or certification
