IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology and computer systems of our company in Lahore. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing support and assistance to all employees with any technical issues.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of technology within the company.
- Provide technical support to all employees, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine technology needs and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
- Train employees on how to effectively use new technology systems.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Monitor system performance and security, taking necessary actions to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
