Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Lahore. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include using the equipment to move materials, level land, and perform other tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of how to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively. You should also be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the equipment. Ideally, you will have some prior experience working with heavy equipment, although we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Move materials and perform various tasks as directed by supervisors
- Inspect and maintain equipment on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification preferred
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment is a plus but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Physical strength and stamina necessary for manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
