Floral Designer and Arranger

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events. You will also assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the overall appearance of our floral shop.

To excel in this role, you should have a passion for flowers and design, as well as strong communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences. Knowledge of different types of flowers, colors, and arrangements is essential. Previous experience as a florist or formal training in floral design is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Create custom floral arrangements according to clients' requests
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Assist with pricing and displaying products in the shop
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Stay updated on current industry trends and incorporate them into designs

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and design

- Strong communication skills to understand clients' needs
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a florist or formal training in floral design preferred
