Floral Designer

We are searching for a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create designs that meet their vision and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing floral arrangements using different types of flowers and foliage
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide recommendations on flower selection, colors, and design elements
- Take orders over the phone or in person and ensure timely delivery
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to design specifications
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new ones when necessary
- Keep track of upcoming events and plan accordingly to meet demand
- Ensure high-quality standards are met for every arrangement created

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar role
- Proficient in creating various floral designs such as bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month

This is a full-time position open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. No prior experience is required but training in floral design is preferred. This job does not include accommodation; therefore candidates must have their own visa status.
