Network and Systems Administrator
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania

The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the organization's network and computer systems. They will ensure the smooth operation of all network components, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols, as well as experience with systems administration in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers, workstations, printers, and other hardware
- Install and upgrade operating systems and applications as needed
- Maintain backups of data to ensure data recovery in case of system failure
- Keep track of software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor agreements
- Develop documentation outlining procedures for troubleshooting common network issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
