Job Title: Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. This role is ideal for an experienced and driven individual with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business
- Monitor sales and expenses to maximize profits
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
