Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials at our facility in Albena. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of loaders and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be working with other supervisors and departments to coordinate the movement of goods. This job is suitable for Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and have experience working in a similar role. Please note that this is a physically demanding job, as it involves lifting and moving heavy objects. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates should have their own visa to work in Albena.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and ensure they are following all safety protocols
- Plan and coordinate loading schedules based on incoming shipments
- Communicate with other supervisors and departments to ensure efficient movement of goods
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques
- Inspect equipment regularly for any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain inventory of supplies needed for loading operations
- Keep accurate records of loaded goods and materials
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the loading team

Requirements:
- Egyptian national with valid work visa for Albena
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience working as a loader or in a supervisory role in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for keeping accurate records
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to loading operations

Salary: 1700$ per month
