Our company is an established industrial painting company based in Bungoma, seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani and Malayalee applicants.

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint and coatings using various techniques, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role, although we are open to considering candidates without experience who are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint and coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting finished work
- Maintain tools and equipment used for painting
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and specifications

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting while performing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
