Sales Manager - Gujrat, India
As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of a sales team and strategic planning. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve set targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities in the biometric passport industry.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management within the biometric passport industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Knowledge of market trends and competition in the biometric passport industry.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Gujrat, India (local candidates preferred)
