VR/AR Developer


We are hiring a talented VR/AR Developer to join our fast-paced team in Almada. As a VR/AR Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing virtual and augmented reality experiences for various projects. You will work closely with designers, artists, and other developers to bring these experiences to life.

Responsibilities:
- Develop virtual and augmented reality experiences using Unity or Unreal Engine
- Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure functionality and quality of the experience
- Optimize performance for different platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in VR/AR development
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for immersive experiences

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual or augmented reality development
- Proficient in Unity or Unreal Engine
- Strong understanding of 3D graphics, physics, and animation principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members

Bonus Skills:
- Experience developing for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or other VR platforms
- Knowledge of C# programming language
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Maya or Blender

Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month. In addition, we offer accommodation assistance for candidates relocating to Almada for this role. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates. This is an urgent position so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
