Indian Chef - Bansko, Bulgaria



We are currently hiring for a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. Our restaurant specializes in authentic Indian cuisine and we are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about creating delicious and traditional dishes.

As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff and training them on proper cooking techniques and recipes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as an Indian Chef in a restaurant setting. You should have a strong knowledge of Indian spices and ingredients and be able to create dishes that are both traditional and innovative. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 USD per month. Accommodation will be provided within walking distance from the restaurant. Fluency in English is required as our menu is in English and we cater to tourists from all over the world.
