As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating punch presses and other machinery to create holes and shapes in various materials. Your main duties will include setting up and adjusting machines, selecting appropriate dies and tools, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are able to work full-time in Pula without the need for accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses and other machinery according to company procedures
- Set up and adjust machines as needed
- Select appropriate dies and tools for each job
- Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating punch presses or similar machinery preferred
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating tolerances
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
