Industrial Architect
As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and production plants. Your main duties will include analyzing client needs and requirements, creating detailed drawings and blueprints, overseeing construction projects, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as relevant experience in industrial design and construction. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or other design software are also required. Additionally, you must have a thorough understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client needs and requirements to determine project scope
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints for industrial facilities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial design and construction
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to industrial facilities
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills

Salary: $1600 per month
