Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Kaunas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing and developing industrial spaces, as well as a strong understanding of the construction process and building codes. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients while also staying within budget and adhering to tight deadlines. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for industrial buildings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress
- Review contractor bids and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise
