Hotel Sales Manager (Filipino Preferred)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. Your main goal will be to attract new business while maintaining and building upon existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships
- Maintain relationships with key clients and develop new relationships with potential clients
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our hotel's offerings
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful events and guest satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in an upscale property
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market research techniques and databases
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Filipino languages is a plus
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month, along with performance bonuses. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings. Accommodation will not be provided; therefore candidates must have their own visa arrangements.
