We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Mombasa. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with their inquiries and needs, and making their stay as comfortable as possible.

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Mombasa, Kenya (Indian expats preferred)

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- No previous experience required
- Valid work visa and passport
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
