Indian Chef in Dubai


We are in search of an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Dubai. As a Chef, your primary responsibility will be to prepare authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and be able to create dishes that are both traditional and innovative.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus for lunch and dinner service
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori, and biryanis
- Ensure that all food is made to the highest quality standards
- Train kitchen staff on recipes, techniques, and safety procedures
- Monitor food inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, herbs, and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation allowance, health insurance, and annual leave.
