Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and replacing faucets
- Conduct electrical repairs such as changing light fixtures and outlets
- Complete carpentry work including installing shelves and repairing furniture
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas before and after completing tasks

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
