Instrument Technician


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments according to technical specifications and safety procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with instruments using technical knowledge and tools
- Repair or replace faulty parts as needed
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy of readings
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve instrument performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation technology
- Familiarity with various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for working in various environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or certification in instrumentation or related field
- Experience working in an industrial or commercial setting
