We are currently hiring a skilled Barber to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to our clients. Your main goal will be to help clients look and feel their best by creating unique and personalized haircuts that suit their individual needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to understand their hair type and desired style
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services, including beard trims and shaves
- Keep your work station clean and sanitized to maintain a safe environment for both yourself and clients
- Recommend hair care products based on clients' needs and educate them on proper hair maintenance techniques
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Handle cash transactions for services rendered
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Knowledge of various hair types, styles, and trends
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations in regards to tools, equipment, and workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- A friendly personality with a passion for customer service
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve your skills

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a barber program or apprenticeship is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania.

Fluency in English is not required for this job. However, basic knowledge of English may be helpful when communicating with non-local clients.
