IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our computer systems. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and implementing and maintaining efficient and secure technology solutions. This position is located in the beautiful city of Mauren and offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement technology policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data security and system reliability
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as needed
- Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to prevent downtime or disruptions
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience with budgeting and project management
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Experience in implementing data analytics solutions
