Part-Time Architecture Manager


As a Part-Time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects in the city of Lahore. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction process of architectural projects in Lahore
- Ensure that all project requirements and specifications are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, schedules, and budgets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or related field
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
- Degree or certification in Architecture or related field preferred

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. As this is a part-time role, accommodation will not be provided.
