Part-Time Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm in Lahore is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the design and construction process for our projects. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for someone looking for a work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and needs
- Develop project proposals, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process and ensure all work meets quality standards
- Manage construction teams and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Utilize your knowledge of local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Lahore preferred

We offer competitive compensation of $1400 per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and a round-trip ticket for international candidates.
