Seasonal Waiter/Waitress


A luxurious restaurant in the charming city of Porto is seeking a dedicated and skilled Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy trays for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus tips.
