Foundry Supervisor


We are a leading foundry company in Dubrovnik, seeking a skilled and experienced Foundry Supervisor to join our team. As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the foundry, including scheduling, production, and quality control.
- Train and mentor foundry workers on proper techniques and procedures.
- Monitor production output to ensure efficiency and meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and resolve any issues.
- Keep accurate records of production data, including material usage and inventory levels.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in foundry operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of foundry processes, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
