Foundry Supervisor

Position: Foundry Supervisor
Location: Dubrovnik, Croatia

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundry Supervisor to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all casting operations are carried out efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the foundry team, providing guidance and support to ensure quality work is produced.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team at all times.
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance.
- Train new employees on foundry processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of casting processes, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position. This job does not include accommodation but candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Croatia.
