Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will be expected to plan, organize, and manage the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. Your duties will also include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and communicating progress to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines. This is a full-time position based in Moscow with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
