Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Moscow. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of the construction process from start to finish. Your duties will include budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
- Manage project changes and prepare change orders as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Prepare progress reports for senior management
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines. This position does not include accommodation, therefore candidates must be able to arrange their own housing in Moscow. However, we do offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
