Rental Coordinator


As a rental coordinator at our Eldoret location, you will be responsible for managing the rental process for our Indian clients. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month. You will be expected to work with English-speaking customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the rental process for Indian clients, including reservations, pick-up and drop-off, and payment transactions
- Communicate clearly and effectively with English-speaking customers to ensure a smooth rental experience
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about rental policies, rates, and vehicle availability
- Inspect vehicles before and after each rental to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of vehicles

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Eldoret without visa sponsorship
