Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily administrative operations of our company in Karachi. This role requires someone with experience in administrative tasks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa and be able to legally work in Karachi. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of our company
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own visa for working in Karachi legally
