Web Designer

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will use your creative skills to design and develop layouts, graphics, and interactive elements for our clients' websites. Working closely with our clients and our development team, you will ensure that the final product meets all requirements and exceeds expectations. This position requires a strong understanding of web design principles, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for their website
- Design website layouts that are visually appealing and user-friendly
- Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for the website
- Use HTML and CSS to bring designs to life on the web
- Optimize website designs for maximum speed and scalability
- Test website functionality across different browsers and devices
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Provide ongoing support for existing websites by making updates or modifications as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of web design principles including color theory, typography, and layout design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Experience designing responsive websites is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
