Wedding Planner


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a couple's special day, from venue selection to vendor management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, with the option for part-time work for those who require it.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding day
- Create and manage budgets
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as florists, caterers, and photographers
- Assist with venue selection and design
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, timeline management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure their satisfaction throughout the planning process
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients based on your knowledge of current trends in the wedding industry

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in budget management
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
