Job Title: Floral Designer and Arranger

We are in search of a talented Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Bungoma. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral displays using various flowers, foliage, and other decorative elements
- Meeting with clients to discuss their requirements and preferences
- Sourcing and purchasing fresh flowers from local suppliers
- Creating sketches or mock-ups of the proposed designs for clients' approval
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering new stock when needed
- Ensuring that all arrangements are completed on time and meet the client's expectations
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral designer or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their characteristics, and how to care for them properly
- Ability to create unique designs that meet clients' preferences within budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand clients' needs and provide suggestions or recommendations accordingly
- Attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of each arrangement
- Physically fit to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in different weather conditions if needed

This position is open to all nationalities. We offer free visa processing and airfare for our international hires. Fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage.
