Commercial Architect - Karachi, Pakistan


We are hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for commercial buildings and spaces. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create design proposals, and oversee the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects
- Create design proposals that meet the client's needs while adhering to budget and building codes
- Develop detailed architectural plans using CAD software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract job.

This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
