Welder for Contract Position in Lom, Malaysia

As a Welder, you will be responsible for joining metal parts using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG or stick welding. You will work with blueprints and drawings to determine the appropriate welding methods and materials needed for each project. This is a contract position located in Lom, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks according to blueprints and drawings
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment regularly
- Select and prepare appropriate materials for welding
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure quality of work meets industry standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding
- Proficient in MIG, TIG and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Experience with different types of metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Good understanding of safety procedures related to welding
- Proven track record of completing projects on time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English

Salary: $1400 per month
