We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders. You will work on construction sites and other projects to move and transport materials, level terrain, and perform other tasks as directed by the project manager.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders according to project specifications
- Transport materials around the job site using the equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the project manager
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with other team members on the job site
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently
