Job Title: Land Surveyor


We are in need of an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Siauliai. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land areas to determine boundaries, topography, and other features. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of land laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect data
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Present findings to clients and provide recommendations for land development or construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring surveying services
- Keep accurate records of survey data and ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Stay up-to-date with land laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Travel to various job sites as needed

Salary:
