Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine and establish property boundaries, as well as providing accurate data for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the accuracy of survey data and provide necessary support for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of equipment and tools including GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create maps, charts, and other visual representations
- Prepare survey reports and present findings to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine the most efficient use of land for construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality control checks
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in land surveying techniques and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using various survey equipment and software
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (open to all nationalities)
