Body Repair Master

A reputable auto repair shop in Eldoret is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and assess repair needs
- Perform body repairs including dent removal, welding, sanding, and painting
- Replace damaged parts such as fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Ensure high quality repairs and finishes according to industry standards
- Communicate with customers to explain repair process and provide estimates
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
