Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine and define property boundaries, topography, and other land features. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS systems and total stations to accurately collect data and create maps, plans, and reports. Your duties will also include verifying the accuracy of existing survey data, communicating with clients to understand project requirements, and managing field crews. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems and total stations
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and principles
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1500/month
City: Malindi, Kenya (Preference for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates)
This is a full-time position suitable for men who have their own visa. Part-time positions may also be available for suitable candidates without prior experience in land surveying.
