Senior Architectural Manager


As a Senior Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Funchal. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with a team of architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project team
- Oversee the design process and provide guidance to architects and designers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and approve architectural drawings and documents
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Manage project finances by tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and making cost-effective decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal. While preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Funchal or willing to relocate, we are open to considering remote candidates who have extensive experience in managing projects in Funchal or similar locations.
