Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager in Funchal, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects. You will use your leadership skills and technical expertise to guide a team of architects and designers in creating innovative and functional designs. Your attention to detail and strong project management abilities will ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural designs.
- Oversee all stages of project development, from concept to construction.
- Ensure that designs meet client requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferences:
- Experience working as an Architecture Manager or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with local building codes in Funchal is a plus.
